长屈肌腱腱鞘有限切除联合后踝关节囊开放治疗踝源性
趾腱鞘囊肿的临床效果Intraspinal gas cyst is very rare in clinical practice, and its pathogenesis is still unclear. At present, it is most believed that the gas generated by the degeneration of intervertebral disc or adjacent facet joints is transferred to the spinal canal[1]。 Most patients with intraspinal gas cysts have no clinical symptoms and are only found in imaging examinations. A few patients have gas cysts that compress nerve roots, and their symptoms are similar to those of disc herniation, facet joint cysts, ligamentum flavum hypertrophy, etc. In previous case reports, the treatment of gas cyst includes conservative measures, needle aspiration, and conventional surgical treatment, including gas cyst resection, laminotomy, and fusion. At present, there are few reports of using unilateral biportal endoscopy (UBE) technique to treat gas cysts. We retrospectively analyzed the data of 2 cases of gas cyst compression of lumbar nerve roots admitted to our department, and all of them were operated by UBE technique with satisfactory results. The diagnosis and treatment process is reported as follows.
