Menopause is a life phenomenon, but in the long history of mankind, it has become a common phenomenon for nearly 70 years or so. Menopause is the product of the increasing lifespan of modern humans, a state that has been neglected in evolution. The essence of menopause is the functional failure of the ovary, an essential organ for women. Because it is accompanied by a variety of menopause-related symptoms involving multiple systems, and it is associated with many chronic diseases of the elderly, such as osteoporosis, which take up heavily medical resources, it has long received the attention of professionals and the public. hormone replacement therapy (HRT) has experienced a course of decades. Under the painstaking research and continuous practice of scholars of all generations, it has been confirmed that HRT can effectively relieve menopausal-related symptoms, use it in the early menopause (the treatment "window period"), and can also prevent the occurrence of chronic diseases in the elderly to a certain extent. Therefore, comprehensive lifestyle adjustment and health management for women entering perimenopause are necessary.
