In 2026, we celebrate the centenary of the birth of our teacher, Professor Yan Chun. In the dark, several sets of numbers quietly appeared in my mind, connecting a medical journey spanning centuries: in 1926, Mr. was born, and a generation of famous doctors came to the world; In 2006, at the age of 80, the second edition of Children's Endocrinology was published; In 2026, coinciding with the centenary of Mr. Man's birth, the third edition of Children's Endocrinology will be officially published. I took over the career of my teacher, inherited his ambition, continued his career, and passed on his way, and lived endlessly. For this, I am deeply relieved and proud. In 2026, the 3rd edition of Ignite Hope Guidelines for the Management of Diabetes in Children and Adolescents will also be officially published. The first edition of this book is my debut novel, and it is also a response to my teacher Professor Yan Chun's earnest expectations and solemn entrustment to me-to inherit and carry forward her lifelong childhood diabetes cause. Thirty years ago, I pursued my master's degree and was fortunate enough to become a close disciple of Professor Yan Chun, who was already 70 years old at the time. Since then, I have approached Professor Yan Chun, whom I admire, step by step from a clinical pediatrician, and entered the academic field of pediatric endocrinology. Follow your teacher, you can listen to the teachings of contemporary Chinese and foreign children's endocrine, genetic and metabolic medicine leaders, and appreciate their academic style; In his words and deeds, he has been influenced by his ears and eyes, inheriting his proactive and enterprising work style, and inheriting her rigorous and realistic academic style of striving for excellence. I was studying the first edition of "Children's Endocrinology" written by Professor Yan Chun, and broke into the field of pediatric endocrinology. The book is concise and clear in context. From professional introduction, to listening to the tutor's ward rounds, experiencing clinical practice, and then becoming a disciple, being taught day and night, gradually gaining a deep understanding of the tutor's life. Fifteen years ago, I began to plan to write diabetes education books. At that time, her old man was already plagued by the disease, and she still encouraged me to inherit her beloved cause of children's diabetes. She also highly recognized my original intention of writing books: "I hope to benefit diabetic patients and help medical workers". She read the whole book and personally wrote a preface to the first edition of the book: "This book is based on the decades of experience in childhood diabetes research and practice in the Department of Endocrinology of Beijing Children's Hospital and more than 100 papers published on childhood diabetes.""It is the first educational textbook on childhood diabetes treatment and management in China, and it has the dual role of professionalism and popularization of science." At this moment, as I looked at the new third edition of the book, Professor Yan Chun's face once again appeared before my eyes.
Cluster analysis is a commonly used method in unsupervised learning. According to the similarity between different research objects, it divides the objects that have not been clearly classified into different groups, so as to find out the potential category structure. The implementation process and method of cluster analysis are briefly introduced.
