Clarivate Releases 2026 JCR: 21 Journals from the Chinese Medical Association Publishing House Receive Impact Factors, with Six Ranked in Q1
Clarivate recently released the 2026 Journal Citation Reports (JCR). Journals under the Chinese Medical Association delivered a strong performance, with a total of 21 English-language journals receiving impact factors (IFs). Among them, six journals were ranked in Q1, seven in Q2, three in Q3, and five in Q4. Detailed information is provided in the table below.

Chinese Medical Journal Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (CMJ-PCCM) ranked 9th out of 107 journals in the “Respiratory System” category and 6th out of 66 journals in the “Critical Care Medicine” category, placing in JCR Q1 in both categories.
Neuroprotection ranked 106th out of 330 journals in the “Neurosciences” category, placing in Q2.
Chinese Neurosurgical Journal ranked 219th out of 296 journals in the “Clinical Neurology” category, placing in Q3.
Journal of Bio-X Research ranked 253rd out of 328 journals in the “Biochemistry & Molecular Biology” category, placing in Q4.
