Shared experts and manuscripts
Shared access to authors，reviewers, and manuscript resources, with a reviewer-sharing rate exceeding 50%. It is the first service in China to enable cross-journal manuscript transfer and shared manuscript pools within a journal cluster.

Platform integration

Ecosystem Co-building

Collaborative governance
Representatives of partner journals will be invited to join the Publishing Professional Committee of the National Key Laboratory，participating in cluster governance，policy analysis and demand coordination to enhance the service capacity of the cluster.
Knowledge co-creation
A professional cluster think tank will be established, along with a dedicated editorial research fund，to support joint research projects and experience-sharing activities，and to address challenges related to specialization, digital-intelligent transformation and internationalization.
Benefit sharing
Partner journals will enjoy preferential cooperation policies within the cluster, free access to multiple self-developed and third-party digital services, a transparent revenue-sharing mechanism and overseas copyright promotion services.

HOW TO JOIN

Eligibility Requirements

Officially and continuously published journals
Journals in biomedicine and interdisciplinary medical fields
Journals with strong academic influence
Transferable online dissemination rights

Affiliation Process

Submit an application
Complete and submit the journal affliation application form together with the required supporting materials.
Qualification review
The Journal Evaluation Committee reviews and assesses the qualifications of the applicant journal.
Negotiation and signing
Both parties discuss the details of cooperation and sign a cooperation agreement.
Launch preparation
Data integration and system configuration are completed to prepare for online launch.
Formal cooperation
The journal is officially launched on the platform and receives comprehensive platform support.

Exit Mechanism

Voluntary withdrawal
A partner journal may submit a written withdrawal application. Both parties will agree on a transition period and complete the handover and termination process in an orderly manner
Involuntary withdrawal
If a journal is found to have engaged in non-compliant operations, failed to fulfll contractual obligations, or ceased updates for an extended period， the platform will terminate the cooperation in accordance with relevant rules
Processing procedure
The process includes notice initiation，account reconciliation，material handover，permission closure and termination of cooperation. The procedure is open and transparent
rotection of rights and interests
Fees and copyright matters will be settled in accordance with the agreement, with strict compliance with copyright requirements and full protection of the legitimate rights and interests of both parties
Follow-up arrangements
Upon termination of cooperation，supporting services will be closed，historical data will be properly preserved and both parties will operate independently
