Atrial fibrillation (AF) is a cardiovascular disease seriously endangering human health in the 21st century. China's epidemiological survey shows that the prevalence of atrial fibrillation is about 0.77%, and there are about 8 million patients with atrial fibrillation. The effective management mode of atrial fibrillation also needs to be explored urgently, and the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation are imminent. In recent years, foreign centers have successively established integrated comprehensive management programs for atrial fibrillation, providing systematic management for patients with atrial fibrillation according to treatment guidelines. The comprehensive management project of atrial fibrillation is an institution that provides convenient diagnosis and treatment channels for patients with atrial fibrillation by integrating relevant superior technologies and strengths inside and outside the hospital, and is an important carrier of comprehensive management. Comprehensive management of atrial fibrillation reduces the cumulative incidence of cardiovascular death or hospitalization by 6% compared to traditional treatment modalities.
