With the popularization and popularization of laparoscopic technology in pediatric surgery, laparoscopy has been used in the treatment of most pediatric surgical diseases, among which laparoscopic splenectomy, esophagogastric vein ligation and splenic vessel ligation have been used to treat portal hypertensive hypersplenism and upper gastrointestinal bleeding in children[1,2,3]。 However, the above procedures are all devascularization procedures, and the recurrence rate of postoperative rebleeding is high[4]。 Distal splenorenal shunt (Warren's surgery) is an effective surgical method for the treatment of portal hypertension in children[5,6]This procedure preserves the spleen, avoids the severe sepsis characteristic after splenectomy, significantly reduces the pressure of the splenic venous system postoperatively, and preserves the portal perfusion of the liver. We treated 2 cases of portal hypertension in children with laparoscopic distal splenorenal shunt, which are presently reported below.
