It has been 10 years since the Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Branch of Chinese Medical Association formulated the "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines: Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Branch" in 2006. In order to better standardize the clinical nutrition practice in China, we have reviewed and analyzed the relevant guidelines of national and international nutrition societies according to the standard process formulated by international guidelines, published literatures, comprehensive expert opinions and clinical experiences, extensively solicited opinions, organized many discussions and revisions, and finally formed this guide.
The patient was a 71-year-old male. The main reason was "2 years after bladder tumor surgery, 4 months of hematuria with poor urination". The patient had undergone transurethral resection of bladder tumor 2 years ago, and the pathology showed low-grade urothelial carcinoma. Cystourethroscopy showed that multiple papillary tumors could be seen from the inner bladder mouth of the prostatic urethra to the caruncle of semen under the ordinary white light field, and some tumors had unclear boundaries (
