2022 renowned international journals of hematologyAmerican Journal of HematologyPublished a study "Clinical efficacy and influencing factors analysis of cytomegalovirus (CMV) -specific T cells in the treatment of CMV infection after haplotype hematopoietic stem cell transplantation" by Professor Huang Xiaojun's team from the Institute of Hematology, Peking University Pei XY, Zhao XY, Liu XF, et al. Adoptive therapy with cytomegalovirus-specific T cells for cytomegalovirus infection after haploidentical stem cell transplantation and factors affecting efficacy. Am J Hematol, 2022, 97 (6): 762 – 769.]. This study mainly analyzed the safety and efficacy of donor-derived CMV-specific T cells (CMV-CTL) in the treatment of CMV infection after haplotype hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), and analyzed the factors affecting the clinical efficacy of CMV-CTL, which provided a theoretical basis for further optimizing the clinical treatment of CMV-CTL.
