stress urinary incontinence (SUI) refers to the involuntary leakage of urine from the urethral opening when abdominal pressure increases, such as sneezing, coughing, laughing or exercising. Symptoms include involuntary urine leakage when abdominal pressure increases, such as sneezing, coughing and exercise. The sign is that when abdominal pressure is increased, urine can be observed to leak involuntarily from the urethral opening. Urodynamic examination showed involuntary urine leakage with increased abdominal pressure without detrusor contraction during filling cystomanometry. The prevalence of SUI in Chinese adult women is as high as 18.9%, and the prevalence of SUI is the highest in the age group of 50-59 years old, which is 28.0%. At present, the treatment of urinary incontinence is increasingly standardized in the world. The Gynecological Pelvic Floor Group of Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of Chinese Medical Association has formulated the diagnosis and treatment guidelines of SUI in China through research and discussion with reference to the relevant international guidelines for the treatment of urinary incontinence and the national conditions of China. The purpose is to guide the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The Guide will be continuously revised and improved according to the actual work needs and research progress.
