Pulmonary function testing is widely used in many respiratory-related clinical disciplines. At present, the popularization and application of pulmonary function testing in China has achieved initial results, but there are still many shortcomings in the examination path and management links. Therefore, Chinese Medical Doctors Association, Chinese Medical Association Respiratory Branch and Chinese Geriatric Association organized relevant experts to put forward 14 clinical core issues in four categories, such as the setting of cognitive and management information platform of pulmonary function testing, the software, hardware and staffing of pulmonary function room, the performance appraisal of pulmonary function and the radiation expansion ability, in strict accordance with the standardized process formulated by the guidelines and according to the current clinical practice, and put forward 14 recommendations targeted, and launched the "Expert Consensus on Optimizing Multidisciplinary Clinical Path and Management Mode of Pulmonary Function Testing", in order to jointly promote the popularization and improvement of multidisciplinary cooperation and clinical application of pulmonary function testing.
