The use of flow cytometry (FCM) for lymphocyte subset analysis has been widely used in clinical practice and plays an indispensable role in the assessment of immune function. Because the analysis of FCM lymphocyte subsets involves multiple parameters, and the relationship between each parameter is complex, there is still a lack of unified guiding principles on how to effectively interpret and judge the analysis results, and guide the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases. In order to scientifically and reasonably apply the analysis of FCM lymphocyte subsets to the diagnosis, efficacy monitoring and prognosis evaluation of clinical diseases, the Rheumatology and Immunology Committee of Pediatricians Branch of Chinese Medical Doctors Association, the Allergy Committee of Pediatricians Branch of Chinese Medical Doctors Association and the Immunology Group of Pediatrics Branch of Chinese Medical Association jointly formulated recommendations for the clinical application of FCM analysis of lymphocyte subsets.
ischemic stroke (IS) IS a complex disease caused by a combination of factors, and its etiology and pathogenesis have not been fully elucidated. In recent years, the identification and localization of IS-related genes and blood biomarkers have become research hotspots. CD154 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor superfamily and is mainly expressed in activated CD4+T cells and platelets were expressed on the surface of activated monocytes, macrophages, NK cells and basophils under inflammatory conditions[
As a new medical concept and medical model, the core of "precision medicine" is personalization, paying more attention to the depth characteristics of "patients" and the high accuracy of "medication"; It is a more targeted and individualized diagnosis and treatment based on in-depth understanding of patients and drugs. The new concept of "Intelligent Point of Care Testing" (iPOCT), which is mainly characterized by "precision, automation and cloud-based", is an interpretation of the individualized development and application of POCT under the background of "precision medicine" and the new concept of large-scale laboratory medicine. In September, 2014, the Ministry of Science and Technology established the "Real-time Detection and Health Monitoring Internet of Things Industry Innovation Alliance". In the "13th Five-Year Plan" scientific research project seminar, experts reached a consensus, and agreed that the real-time detection industry entered the iPOCT era in 2015. In 2015, the "Science and Technology Innovation Action Plan" Industry-University-Research Medical Project launched by Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, and several hospitals, universities, institutes and enterprises in Shanghai cooperated to conduct a cooperative research on the topic "Research and Development and Application of iPOCT Automated Workstation Based on Hospital Outpatient and Emergency Department".
