About Maternal-Fetal Medicine
Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) is an international peer-reviewed journal of the Chinese Medical Association (CMA) in collaboration with the Wolters Kluwer Health international academic publishing house. CMA is a non-profit national academic organization in China. It is an important social force in the development of medical science and technology and a connection between government and medical professionals.
The journal is launched in July 2019 and being published in quarterly basis, and aims to publish high quality scientific articles in all areas of Obstetrics and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, including original clinical and translational research, state-of-the-art reviews, commentaries, case studies and case reports, and letters to the editor.
Areas covered include but not limited to:
1. Medical complications of pregnancy
2. Adverse events of pregnancy
3. Fetal development
4. Prenatal screening and diagnosis
5. Fetal Treatment and Therapy
6. Technology and developments in the field of Obstetrics and Maternal-Fetal Medicine
The MFM has a distinguished international Editorial Board and is supported by a professional editor’s group. The honored Editor-in-Chief is Gian Carlo Di Renzo who is the professor and chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University or Perugia and has lots of professional experience in the Obstetrics and Gynecology field. Professor Huixia Yang from Peking University First Hospital, and Guoyang Luo from Howard University College of Medicine are the Editor-in-Chief of the journal.
With all the efforts of authors, editors, and the Editorial Board, MFM will serve as a platform for likeminded colleagues in China and around the world to exchange scholarly dialogue in a timely fashion unencumbered by cost.
