CLSI M100S is one of the important guidelines for clinical microbial drug susceptibility testing. It is jointly compiled by clinical microbiologists, clinical experts, pharmaceutical experts, etc. It is one of the anti-infection reference guidelines for clinical microbiologists, clinicians and clinical pharmacists. It is updated once a year, and each updated content has been verified by high-quality research and repeatedly discussed by many experts. Now, the updated content of 2017 is summarized as follows[
systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune-mediated diffuse connective tissue disease with immune inflammation as the prominent manifestation. systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity index (SLEDAI) score is clinically recognized as a reliable and effective evaluation tool for judging disease activity in SLE. SLEDAI score can be used to select different doses of hormones and different immunosuppressants. Among them, anti-dsDNA antibody, a laboratory index, is one of the activity indexes of SLEDAI score, which has high specificity for the diagnosis of SLE. At present, there are many methods for detecting anti-dsDNA antibodies, but the efficacy evaluation of various methods for judging the activity of SLE patients is different. Therefore, by retrospectively analyzing the coincidence rate of anti-dsDNA antibody detection by ELISA and indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) and the correlation with SLEDAI score, this study discussed the clinical value of the two methods for judging the activity of SLE disease.
chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a respiratory diseases characterized by chronic inflammation of the airways, lung parenchyma and pulmonary vessels.
