Intestinal polyps are a kind of bulging neoplasms that protrude from the surface of the intestinal mucosa into the intestinal lumen, and are one of the most common causes of lower gastrointestinal bleeding in children[
It is an indisputable fact that SCI-included journals have an influence on Chinese sci-tech journals. The same is true in the field of medical science. Due to the role of policy orientation, most medical researchers in China choose to publish their scientific research papers in journals included by SCI. Recalling 30 years ago, at the beginning of China's reform and opening up, when the scientific research ability was weak, the scientific and technological influence was limited, and the voice of China's scientific and technological circles could not be heard internationally, it was undoubtedly the right measure to encourage the publication of papers in journals included in SCI, and this measure did play a positive role. However, after decades of efforts, the number of papers published by Chinese medical workers in foreign journals has soared. The data of this article shows that the number of medical papers in China published by SCI-included journals increased from 3,774 in 2000 to 20 777 in 2009. The latter is 5.5 times that of the former, and the actual increase is 4.5 times. If one monthly journal publishes 300 articles per year, the number of papers published in SCI-listed journals in 2009 is the sum of 69 domestic monthly journals. However, not only the quality of manuscripts in domestic medical journals has decreased significantly, but also the volume of manuscripts received is shrinking year by year. In fact, 56.52% ~67.94% (10-year average 62.09%) of medical scientific papers in China are published in influence factors<3 in SCI-included journals; The average number of citations of these papers published in SCI-listed journals was only 5.87, which was only half of the international average of citations (10.57). It suggests that the quality and international influence of medical papers in China are far less than the rapid increase of the number of papers. In this case, if you still blindly encourage the publication of papers in journals included in SCI, obviously, it will not help to improve the scientific research ability and international influence of my country's medical science; On the contrary, it makes Chinese medical journals become water without source and tree without root, and the consequences are disastrous.
inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including ulcerative colitis (UC), Crohn's disease (CD), and indeterminate colitis (IC), is an important chronic gastrointestinal disease in children and adolescents. IBD, especially CD, mostly starts in adolescence, and about 20% to 25% of IBD are diagnosed in childhood. Therefore, the study of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease has more important significance for pediatric gastrointestinal doctors. The etiology and pathogenesis of IBD is still not completely clear, but it is recognized that it is the result of a combination of genetic, environmental and immune factors. It is currently believed that its pathogenesis is an excessive intestinal mucosal immune response induced by a large number of intestinal bacteria, which leads to intestinal mucosal damage in people with genetic susceptibility[

Epidemiological study of calicivirus diarrhea in infants and young children in Lanzhou from 2001 to 2007 (Epidemiological study on human caliciviruses diarrhea among infants and young children in Lanzhou from 2001-2007) "The article was published in Virological Literature (J Archives of Virology).
inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a group of chronic intestinal inflammatory diseases of unknown cause, mainly including ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease (CD), and some undefined colitis (IC). UC is also known as non-specific UC, and the lesions are mainly limited to the mucosa and submucosa of the large intestine. CD is a kind of chronic granulomatous inflammation. The lesions can involve the whole gastrointestinal tract, but the terminal ileum and adjacent colon are the main lesions, and the distribution is mostly segmental and asymmetric. The pathogenesis of IBD has not been elucidated, and it is currently believed to be caused by excessive innate or acquired immune responses to intestinal symbiotic microorganisms in genetically susceptible populations. According to European and American data, the prevalence of IBD in children has been increasing continuously in recent years. According to the European Society of Gastroenterology, Liver Disease and Nutrition for Children (ESPGHAN), the incidence of CD in children has increased from 0.1/100,000 30 years ago to 4.6/100,000 in 2003, and UC has increased from 0.5/100,000 to 3.2/100,000.
"superbug", a synonym for vividly comparing bacterial pan-drug resistance, was originally a project of concern and research in clinical medicine and microbiology. In the past six months, it has been reported widely in the global media. The various views and voices produced therefrom are enough to make pediatric medical staff in China face it up and understand it. Now I will talk about my own views.
