With the continuous development of social economy and the changes of people's lifestyle, the prevalence of coronary heart disease in China is increasing year by year, among which the incidence of acute myocardial infarction is also on the rise. With the development of theory and technology of coronary artery disease interventional therapy, more and more patients with coronary artery disease receive coronary artery intervention therapy. Transluminal coronary artery imaging technology can evaluate the characteristics of coronary artery plaque and evaluate the effect of interventional therapy, which has become the focus of cardiovascular interventional research. Coronary angiography evaluates coronary artery stenosis according to the filling degree of contrast medium. There are blind spots due to the influence of projection angle. At the same time, due to the influence of plaque morphology, location, vascular remodeling and other factors, the degree of coronary artery stenosis may be underestimated, and the internal structure of the lumen cannot be evaluated, which has great limitations. The rapid development of intravascular coronary imaging, especially intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and optical coherence tomography (OCT), has promoted the visualization of coronary artery lumen, and at the same time promoted the individualized and precise treatment of patients with coronary heart disease, changing the "one size fits all" treatment strategy of myocardial infarction, which has been highly praised by peers at home and abroad.
