This issue is the key number of tuberculosis, which reflects the current diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis from multiple angles. In the review column, Li Liang et al. said in the article "It is urgent to strengthen the research on anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury in China" that "anti-tuberculosis drug-induced liver injury (ATB-DILI) is a common toxicity and adverse reaction of anti-tuberculosis drugs, and the consequences are serious if the diagnosis and treatment are delayed. How to reduce or avoid ATB-DILI has always troubled the majority of tuberculosis prevention and treatment workers. The mechanism of ATB-DILI is complex, we still know little about it, and the clinical manifestations are often atypical. The mechanism and efficacy of hepatoprotective therapy are still uncertain, and the role of preventive hepatoprotective therapy is not yet clear. Many new ideas and new understandings need further clinical verification, and systematic clinical and basic research is needed."
