Pulsatile tinnitus is one of the common symptoms of otology, with about 9 million patients in China[1,2]。 Most patients have a strong desire to eliminate tinnitus torment and improve quality of life. Imaging examination plays an important and irreplaceable role in diagnosing the etiology of pulsatile tinnitus. At present, there is a lack of standards or guidelines for imaging examination methods for this disease. Based on the previous research, the Head and Neck Group of Radiology Branch of Chinese Medical Association puts forward the following examination guidelines for everyone's reference, and hopes to give timely feedback on problems found in reference use for further improvement.
