In the field of pediatrics, with the rapid development of scientific implementation, child-centered theory and practice, the development process of intervention strategies has received increasing attention. The implementation effect of intervention strategy not only depends on whether the intervention content is evidence-based, but also depends on whether the intervention can be understood, accepted and used continuously by the target population. Therefore, in the development stage of intervention strategies, researchers need to gather clinicians, nursing staff, parents of children, children themselves and managers and other stakeholders to discuss intervention needs, implementation barriers, resource conditions and feasible plans. Workshops, as a method of bringing together different stakeholders for structured or semi-structured discussions, have become an important qualitative data collection method in the development of intervention strategies.
