Placenta previa is a common complication in late pregnancy, and the condition is prone to sudden aggravation and endangering the safety of mother and child. Therefore, early diagnosis and correct management are of great significance. At present, there are differences in the diagnosis and treatment of placenta previa at home and abroad, and there is a lack of perfect evidence-based medical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of placenta previa in China. Therefore, according to the guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of placenta previa in many countries, as well as the latest evidence-based medical evidence, and combined with the actual clinical work in China, the Obstetrics Group of Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized relevant domestic experts to formulate the "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines of Placenta Previa". The purpose of this guideline is to standardize and guide obstetricians and gynecologists to make reasonable clinical decisions on the diagnosis and treatment of placenta previa. When targeting specific patients, clinicians can comprehensively evaluate the patient's condition and formulate reasonable diagnosis and treatment plans on the basis of referring to this guideline. This guide will be continuously updated as relevant research findings and evidence-based medicine are refined.
The main diagnostic basis of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is HBsAg positivity. Mother-to-child transmission is the main cause of chronic HBV infection in China, so the prevention of infants and young children is emphasized. All pregnant women need prenatal screening for hepatitis B serological markers (commonly known as hepatitis B two and a half). If pregnant women are positive for HBsAg, their newborns are at high risk of HBV infection. In addition to hepatitis B vaccine, they must be injected with hepatitis B immunoglobulin (HBIG) within 12 hours after birth. In order to standardize the preventive measures of mother-to-child transmission of HBV in China and reasonably prevent neonatal HBV infection, experts in infectious diseases and obstetrics jointly formulated this guide according to the recognized research results at home and abroad and with reference to relevant data from other countries.
With the aging of society, the number of people entering menopause is getting larger and larger. According to a United Nations survey, 157 million women were aged 45-64 by 2011, and 197 million are expected by 2020[
The development of pelvic floor reconstruction surgery is changing with each passing day, but this kind of surgery has blind spots, which is a complicated level IV operation in obstetrics and gynecology surgery. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a strict training system for pelvic floor reconstruction surgery, and to demonstrate the qualification and quality control of surgeons. At the end of 2011, the American Gynecological Urological Association put forward specific requirements and regulations for the training and qualification of surgeons who perform transvaginal mesh implantation for pelvic organ prolapse (POP). The following is an interpretation of the guide, which is convenient for Chinese obstetrics and gynecology colleagues to learn from.
